These are the Focus Furnishing Online Store Terms and Conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject. If you've got questions about the site or your order, you should find the answers here...
1. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Focus Furnishing website. Prices in our store may be higher or lower than shown. Special Offers and promotions may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online. All prices are correct at time of display online and exclude V.A.T. at the prevailing rate.
We regret we are not able to offer VAT exclusive pricing for deliveries to the Channel Islands.
In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.

2. Ordering Goods
Our online store can accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK addresses only.
After making your selections use the "continue to checkout" link. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages. We will ask for details of your billing address - this MUST be the address at which your Credit/Debit card is registered - and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. You will be given the opportunity to select a different delivery address later in the checkout process.
Finally we will ask for details of the Credit/Debit card you wish to use to make your payment. Clicking "order now" will generate and transmit your order and display a page confirming the details of your order for your records. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by email (info@focusfurnishing.co.uk) or telephone 0208 969 0504 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm).
Focus Furnishing will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website or placing your order, however this will not bring into existance a legally binding agreement between us. All orders placed on the website are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices.
No contract will exist between you and Focus Furnishing for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you.
Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English.
Details of your order will be retained by Focus Furnishing in our database and these details can be made available on request.
3. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase.
4. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Focus Furnishing will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.
5. Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
6. Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries outside the M25, there will be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time. This charge will be calculated and confirmed to you before the order is processed. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occassions, be sent on multiple dispatches.
6a. Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size of the product(s) ordered, as well as the order value.
6b. Delivery Times
In the case of Bank Holidays please allow additional delivery time. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Goods should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the delivery arrives the driver will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from another address.
IMPORTANT We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
7. After-sales Service and Guarantees
Where applicable, details of manufacturers guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the product. After sales service and warranty/guarantee claims will initially be dealt with by Focus Furnishing.
8. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses. We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland. 9. Complaints and Queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service or if you have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online, please either e-mail us at info@focusfurnishing.co.uk, telephone us on 0208 969 0504 or write to us at our Head Office address and we will do everything we can to help you.
10. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Electrical goods can only be exchanged if faulty or if returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Collection by Focus Furnishing - Where there is no fault found with the goods we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not returned to our store. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you return the item to us, or we collect it, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days.
11. Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price. Electrical items can only be exchanged if faulty or returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Simply return it to us or contact us to arrange collection. We can arrange collection from you free of charge. Our delivery note or other proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. Upon receipt of the product we will examine it or we may have to return it to the Manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days.
12. Colour Reproduction
Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow.
13. Safe Shopping Guarantee
We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with Focus Furnishing is as safe as purchasing by card in a our regular store. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption.
